Deep tissue training is designed for all athletes regardless of age or level of ability. It is a combination of Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ’s) and plyometrics. Remember, “practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect”. Deep myelin tissue training will take your athletic ability to the next level no matter what your sport of choice is. This type of training is very effective with adolescent athletes.
This is a great way to recharge your batteries and save money. Get your heart pumping and your muscles burning with this fast paced high intensity workout that incorporates plyometrics and resistance training. CAUTION: NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS.
